These terms apply to the Scripzy website, browser extension and related services. Please read them before using Scripzy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

1. Using Scripzy

Scripzy provides tools for researching Roblox limited items, reviewing trades, managing trading activity and customising supported pages. You are responsible for your account, your use of these tools and compliance with the rules of Roblox, Rolimon’s, Discord and other services you use.

Use Scripzy only where you are legally permitted to do so and meet the applicable age requirements. Scripzy is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age of legal adulthood, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you.

2. Trade information and your decisions

Values, RAP, usual overpay, proofs, flags and trade checks provide information to help you make decisions. They may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. Past trades do not guarantee future prices, profits or acceptance of an offer.

You make the final decision about every trade and bear its outcome. Review the items, copies, Robux and recipient before sending or accepting. Enabling an automated tool authorises the actions you configure; monitor it and stop it when you no longer want those actions to occur. Scripzy cannot reverse a completed Roblox trade.

Dollar estimates are informational conversions using the selected rate. They are not an offer to buy or sell items for money or a guarantee of a cash return.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use Scripzy for fraud, harassment, unauthorised account access or other unlawful activity.
• Do not submit fabricated trade evidence, malicious reports or content that violates another person’s rights.
• Do not interfere with the service, exploit security weaknesses or bypass access restrictions and reasonable usage limits.
• Do not share credentials or access another person’s account without permission.

We may restrict access to Scripzy’s services when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect users or comply with law. This does not give Scripzy control over your Roblox account.

4. Ownership and permissions

Scripzy’s original code, artwork, branding and written materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive permission to use the extension for its intended purpose, subject to these terms. Except where permitted by law or a separate licence, you may not redistribute, sell or present Scripzy’s protected materials as your own.

These terms do not claim ownership of general feature ideas, Roblox items, third-party data or material belonging to others. Third-party software and assets remain subject to their own licences. You retain rights in content you provide and allow Scripzy to process it as needed to operate the features you use, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

5. Third-party services

Scripzy relies on services and information provided by other organisations. Their availability, rules and functionality can change. Scripzy is independently developed and does not speak on behalf of those services. Links to third-party pages are provided for convenience; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

6. Privacy

The Privacy Policy on this website explains what information Scripzy processes, why it is used and how to request its removal. Review it alongside these terms.

7. Availability, warranties and liability

Scripzy is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, error-free information or a particular trading result. Features may be corrected, changed or discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded and Scripzy is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, missed opportunities or losses caused by third-party services or your trading decisions.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including any applicable consumer protections.

8. Changes and ending use

You may stop using Scripzy at any time by disabling or uninstalling it. Information previously shared is handled according to the Privacy Policy. If these terms materially change, we will update this page and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after changes take effect is subject to the updated terms.
